How quickly can you turn around my order?
Turnaround times vary by product and quantity. Standard orders typically ship in 3–5 business days. Rush and same-day options are available — just let us know your deadline when you request a quote.
What file formats do you accept?
We prefer press-ready PDFs with bleed and crop marks. We also accept AI, EPS, PSD, and high-resolution JPG or PNG files. Our prepress team will review your files and flag any issues before going to press.
Do you offer design services?
Yes! Our in-house design team can create or refine artwork for your project. Design services are quoted separately. Mention it when you submit your request and we’ll include it in your quote.
What's the minimum order quantity?
Minimums vary by product. Many paper products start at just 25–50 pieces, while large format items can be ordered as a single piece. Tell us what you need and we’ll find the most cost-effective solution.
Can I get a proof before my job prints?
Absolutely. We provide a digital PDF proof for every job before printing. Physical press proofs are available for large or color-critical jobs at an additional cost. No job goes to press without your approval.
Do you offer pickup and delivery?
Yes! You’re welcome to pick up your order at our facility in Northwest Arkansas. We also offer local delivery and nationwide shipping. Shipping costs are calculated and included in your final quote.
